Design notes:
Crime stoppers supplied a mug shot/name every week for an outstanding warrant / bail jumper. I created this reuseable graphics package and we swapped out the voice-over and mug shot every week. This lasted for about six months until someone was turned-in for the Crime Stoppers cash payout, the problem was the offender had already cleared his warrant for arrest. It was determined that we could not get the spots off the air fast enough when a warrant was cleared and everyone was afraid of being sued... so that was the end of that nationwide.
