Design notes:
This is not an orginal idea, but a combination of several political cartoons visualized. "I'm like Really Smart and a Stable Genius" A direct Trump quote from a man, so worried and tired of being called stupid he takes a thirty-five question cognitive test and declares himself not only a genius, but a stable genius. Needless to say anyone who declares himself a "Stable Genius" is neither stable or a genius. I used Photoshop's face liquify tool to subtlety turn up the corners of Trumps goofy smile then cut off his head and shrunk his body to enhance Trumps fat-head look.
